“Ventus…” came the boy’s whisper, deep blue hues locking onto the boy that had saved him what seemed like an eternity ago now. What was he doing here again? Some sort of trouble? It made the boy begin to worry, that the apprentices had been found out.
“Hey, that’s Ven!” the blonde corrected with a friendly chuckle. Ruffling the boy’s hair, he crouched down to eye level with him. He was bright, cheerful, and oblivious, everything Ven usually was. With a hand still on top of the younger’s head he asked, “Ienzo! How you been little buddy? Miss me?”
“But it tastes so weeeird! There’s gotta be another way!” He said putting his hand on his waste and shaking his head. Shooing Terra’s hand away and fixing his hair back to it’s regular spikes he protest yet again, “I’m old enough! You and Aqua are just senior citizens!”
“Tough, stop being a brat! But chocolate in it then! That’s what I do…And Aqua like blueberries in hers. You just gotta make it more pleasurable for yourself, but…” He easily though of a way to get the milk he hated in an easier way. “…You could eat lots of ice-cream instead!”
“Ice cream, huh?” Putting a hand to his chin, he let a big grin slip. Revenge was best served cold. Getting on his tippy toes and tapping the other’s head he said, “Maybe you’re not all muscle! Got some brain in there, huh Terra?”
“I just told you! Looking for you! Aqua too!” he said before chuckling and shoving other’s hand away. “I’ve been fine! But what about you?”“I know, but you should be more careful, creepy people ‘round here…” He gave a nervous chuckle. “Alright, better now that I have some company.” He smiled.
“Ahaha, creepy people?” the younger questioned rubbing the back of his head. “What does that even mean?”
“Creepy, as in Master Xehanort creepy.” He chuckled softly, placing a hand over his chin. “Well there was this witch…she kept asking to see my keyblade…it was really weird.”
“See your keyblade?” he asked shifting his own weight and mimicking the pose of the taller. That was weird. “Well you do have a really cool keyblade! Can’t blame her!”
“But I thought people weren’t supposed to know about that…Better than your little one, that’s for sure, pipsqueak!” He grabbed the other and put him in a headlock, grining his gloved fist softly into the other’s blonde spikes.
“Hey watch it!” Ven exclaimed before attempting to worm his way out of the noogie. “Or one day I’m gonna get taller then you and you’ll be sorry!”
“Sure, keep dreaming buddy!” He made his grip tighter on the other, messing his hair further. “I’m like six foot seven, I don’t think you could catch up, anytime soon. What are you four eleven?”
“Don’t under estimate me! I’ll be up there in no time! It just hasn’t been my year so far is all!” he explained before his chuckle suddenly came to a halt and a pout formed instead. He could be tall too!
“I told you to drink your milk bro! See what happens when you don’t listen to me? You’ll be a munchkin all your life at this rate!” He let the other go, before patting him softly on the head. “Give it time, you’ll get there, you’re still young yet Ven.” He gave a reassuring smile.
